Braden was inspired to become a physiotherapist after undergoing rehab for his own Achilles tendon injury. Experiencing firsthand how personalised, hands-on care can make a life-changing impact, he developed a strong desire to help others in the same way.
Braden enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that empower them to take an active role in their recovery. He believes that the best outcomes come from combining manual therapy with targeted, adaptable exercise programs — and that rehab doesn’t have to be boring. His down-to-earth nature and sense of humour help him build great rapport and make each session a positive experience.
Since joining the team at Physiodynamics, Braden has developed a special interest in shoulder rehabilitation, particularly post-operative recovery. He also brings a strong background in sport to his practice, with a focus on sports-specific rehab for active clients.
One of Braden’s proudest professional moments came early in his career, when he helped guide a client with complex shoulder issues back to full function and return to work using a range of therapies — from hydrotherapy to gym-based exercise.
Outside of work, Braden is a passionate AFL player, gym goer, and long-distance runner — he recently completed the 2025 Gold Coast Marathon. He’s also a budding snowboarder after a recent trip to Japan, and enjoys winding down with a run around Kangaroo Point or South Bank. His coffee order (if asked) is an iced caramel latte… but he’ll tell you it’s a long black.
Braden’s advice for anyone starting physio? “Focus on the small wins — they’ll get you to your big goals. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.”
