Sarah has always been fascinated by the human body and how it moves. Her path into physiotherapy wasn’t set in stone from the start, but once she began learning about movement and rehabilitation, she knew she’d found her calling. What truly motivates her is the chance to help people improve their quality of life and feel more confident in their bodies.
Sarah’s favourite part of her job is connecting with clients. She finds it a privilege to hear their stories and walk alongside them through the ups and downs of recovery. Whether it’s a small breakthrough or a life-changing moment, she finds deep fulfilment in celebrating her clients’ progress.
Sarah’s treatment philosophy centres around empowerment. She’s passionate about giving her clients the tools and confidence to take charge of their own health, aiming for long-term improvement rather than quick fixes. If they leave feeling motivated and capable of living better — physically, mentally, and emotionally — she knows she’s done her job.
Outside the clinic, Sarah is a regular at CrossFit and loves the challenge it brings (even if she questions her sanity mid-workout!). She’s not much of a coffee drinker but can’t resist a good hot chocolate and a Subway cookie — or five. In another life, she imagines herself as a florist or events planner, preferably working somewhere close to the beach.
Her advice for anyone considering physiotherapy? Stay patient and trust the process. The small steps matter, and with consistency, the results will follow.
