Tess is an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a background in education, oncology, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. After starting her career as a music teacher, she returned to university in 2018 to study Biomedical Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology at UQ—driven by a passion for understanding the body and helping people live stronger, more functional lives.
Tess takes a whole-person approach to rehab, focusing not just on the injured area, but on restoring full-body movement, strength, and balance to prevent re-injury and support long-term health. Her programs are evidence-based, practical, and always tailored to the individual.
Clients value her down-to-earth style, compassion, and the lived perspective she brings to recovery. Whether you’re returning to work, managing a condition, or rebuilding after injury, Tess will meet you where you’re at—with honesty, structure, and support.
